These terms apply to the Integrity FieldOps crew scheduling SMS program operated by Integrity Door And Trim, LLC.

SMS Terms

Program Purpose

Employees who opt in may receive automated texts about daily project assignments, work dates, start times, meeting locations, crew leads, coworkers, job instructions, schedule changes, and cancellations. This program supports internal workforce coordination.

Consent and Participation

Participation is optional. Before enrollment, the company requests verbal consent and records the employee’s response. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize SMS enrollment. Employees may view their schedules in FieldOps without receiving texts. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message Frequency and Costs

Message frequency varies according to work assignments and schedule updates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive crew scheduling texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact the company to withdraw consent.

Phone Number Changes

Provide a mobile number you are authorized to use. Notify the company promptly if your number changes or is transferred to another person.

Delivery and Schedule Information

Text delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to carrier coverage, device settings, or service interruptions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check My Schedule in FieldOps for current published assignments and contact your supervisor if details are unclear. This SMS program is not an emergency communication service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information associated with this program. It is available through the Privacy Policy link in this website’s footer. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes to the messaging purpose or consent scope may require renewed consent.
